College of Science Advising Model
The College of Science Student Success Center oversees ALL Science change of major, major, and general education (GE) advising. Minor advising is led by College of Science departments.
In-Person Upper Division Advising Is Moving December 2025
Lower Division Major & GE Advising
Students with less than 60 units earned schedule an appointment with their Student Academic Success Specialist.
Upper Division Major & GE Advising
Students with 60 or more units earned will schedule an appointment with their Academic Advisor.
Change of Major Advising
Students must apply to be considered for a change of major within or to the College of Science.
